Since 2022, Residence Home Upgrade has delivered meticulous home renovation, remodeling, and home-system care to homeowners across the United States — one disciplined project at a time.
We are a family-rooted renovation and remodeling firm founded in Springfield, Ohio in 2022. Our crews operate across twelve U.S. states, combining licensed tradespeople, fixed-scope contracts, and a project portal that keeps every decision transparent from estimate to final walkthrough.
We don't chase volume. We take on a deliberately limited number of projects each quarter so every home receives the attention it deserves — whether that's a single bathroom refresh, a full interior remodel, or a solar-and-roofing package that reshapes how the home performs for the next thirty years.
Every project is backed by our 10-year workmanship warranty and a single point of contact who stays with you from first call to final clean.
"A home is a long promise. Our job is to keep that promise — measure twice, communicate often, and leave it cleaner than we found it."
— Founder, Residence Home UpgradeA home for everyone that ages well — built by hands that care, designed by minds that listen, and finished by crews that sign their name to the work.
To make renovation honest, durable, and human — from first sketch to final walkthrough — by combining licensed craftsmanship with fixed-scope contracts and radical transparency.
Craftsmanship over speed. Transparency over margin. Stewardship over shortcuts. We treat every home as if our own family were moving in next month.
Measure twice. Communicate often. Honor the budget. Document the work. Leave it cleaner than you found it. Stand behind it for ten years, not ten days.
Every figure below is audited annually. We publish them because we believe a renovation company should be measured by what it has actually delivered — not what it promises to deliver next.
Renovation is a relationship as much as a service. These are the operating principles that shape every estimate, every contract, and every walkthrough we conduct.
Every tradesperson on your property carries active state licensure, liability insurance, and workers' comp — verified before the first hammer swings.
What we quote is what you pay. Change orders are documented, signed, and never billed silently. The number on page one is the number on your final invoice.
We stand behind our labor for a decade. If a seam fails, a tile lifts, or a fixture leaks due to installation, we return and make it right at no cost.
Real-time access to your schedule, daily progress photos, invoices, and a message thread with your project lead — no phone tag, no surprises.
Direct relationships with U.S. mills, fabricators, and importers mean trade-pricing on tile, stone, cabinetry, and fixtures — savings we pass through to your budget.
One project lead. One phone number. One person who knows your home, your scope, and your decisions — from first call to final walkthrough and beyond.
Our process is built to remove ambiguity. You will always know what is happening, what is happening next, and what decisions you owe us — never the other way around.
An on-site or virtual walk-through where we listen to the story of your home, your goals, your budget envelope, and the timeline pressures shaping your decisions.
Duration · 60–90 minutesWe translate the conversation into a design packet — floor plans, finish schedules, material samples, and a fixed allowance for every line item in the scope.
Duration · 1–3 weeksA documented quote with labor, materials, permits, and contingency broken out line by line. Once signed, the number is locked — no silent change orders, ever.
Duration · 5–7 business daysCrews arrive on schedule. Your project portal updates daily with progress photos, milestone check-ins, and a running log of every decision made on site.
Duration · Scope-dependentWe walk the space together with a printed checklist. Anything that doesn't meet the spec goes on the punch list and is resolved before final invoice is issued.
Duration · 1–2 visitsYour 10-year workmanship warranty activates on day one. Annual check-ins, priority scheduling for future work, and a single contact for anything that arises.
Duration · 10 yearsWe bundle renovation, remodeling, and home-system care under a single contract so you never have to coordinate three contractors to finish one room.
Packages are not menu prices. They are starting scopes we use to anchor the budget conversation before we measure, specify, and quote your actual home.
For homes that need a focused update — a single room, a tired finish, a system that needs care.
For homeowners reimagining a kitchen, bath, or full floor — coordinated trades, real design work.
For whole-home remodels, additions, and complete system replacements — design-build delivery.
Fill out the form and our dispatch team will respond within one business day with two available slots. There is no charge for the first consultation — we'd rather meet you than quote you blind.
Real Estate Partner Program
We partner with real estate brokerages and mortgage lenders across our twelve-state service area to bundle renovation scopes into purchase and refinance transactions — FHA 203(k), Fannie Mae HomeStyle, and conventional renovation loans.
The result: one closing, one monthly payment, and a home that's move-in ready ninety days after the keys change hands.
Verified reviews from Residence Home Upgrade clients across the United States. Names used with written permission. Full case studies available on request.
They rebuilt our 1920s bathroom after three other contractors told us it couldn't be done under budget. The crew documented every decision, showed up on time, and the final invoice matched the quote to the dollar.
We had a full solar-and-roof package installed over six weeks. The project portal was a game-changer — daily photos, no phone tag, and the team flagged a roof deck issue before it became a problem. Worth every dollar.
The kitchen was supposed to take ten weeks. It took nine. The punch list had three items, all resolved within forty-eight hours. I have already booked them for the master bath next spring.
After a small fire in our garage, Residence Home Upgrade handled the restoration, the smoke alarm system upgrade, and the insurance paperwork. One call, one crew, one accountable point of contact. Lifesavers.
We replaced every window and the front entry door on our 1978 colonial. Energy bills dropped noticeably, the house is quieter, and the installers treated the interior like it was their own. Clean, courteous, on time.
Hardwood floors refinished across 2,400 square feet. They moved the furniture, sealed off every room, finished in four days, and the floors look better than the day we bought the house. Quietly excellent work.
We currently hold active contractor licenses in twelve U.S. states — Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Michigan, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia. Every crew carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and certificates are provided before any contract is signed.
The company was founded in 2022 in Springfield, Ohio. In three years we have completed over 400 renovation, remodeling, and home-system installation projects and expanded to a twelve-state service area without compromising our project cap of forty active sites at any given time.
Yes. The first on-site or virtual consultation is complimentary and lasts 60–90 minutes. A formal fixed-scope quote is delivered within five to seven business days. We do not charge for the quote itself — it is part of earning your business, not a precursor to it.
The warranty covers defects in installation labor — failed seams, lifting tile, leaky fixtures installed by our crews, and similar workmanship issues. It does not cover manufacturer defects in materials (covered by the manufacturer's own warranty), normal wear, or damage caused by homeowner modification, weather events, or lack of maintenance.
Every change order is documented in writing, priced, and signed by you before any additional work begins. We never bill silently. If a change reduces scope, the credit is applied to your final invoice. Full change-order history is visible in your project portal at any time.
Yes. We have extensive experience coordinating with homeowner's insurance carriers for fire, water, and storm restoration claims. We provide detailed scopes, photo documentation, and adjuster-friendly estimates that streamline the approval process. We also partner with home insurance providers for new-policy installations.
Yes. We partner with three national renovation lenders and can facilitate FHA 203(k), Fannie Mae HomeStyle, and conventional renovation loan products. For projects above $15,000, financing options can be discussed during your initial consultation and pre-qualified within 48 hours.
Before final invoice is issued, we conduct a joint walkthrough with a printed punch list. Any item that does not meet the agreed scope goes on the list and is resolved within five business days. If a concern arises after closing, our 10-year workmanship warranty and a single phone call to your project lead are all you need to start the resolution process.
Whether you're planning a six-month whole-home remodel or a single fixture swap, the conversation starts the same way — with a real person picking up the phone.

Residence Home Upgrade provides home renovation, remodeling, and home-system installation services across twelve U.S. states. Specific project scopes, pricing, and timelines are defined in individual service contracts signed before work begins. Any work outside the signed scope requires a documented change order.
Initial estimates are provided free of charge and are non-binding. A fixed-scope quote, once signed by both parties, constitutes the binding agreement for the project. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After 30 days, pricing may be subject to revision based on material costs and labor rates.
Payment schedules are defined in each project contract. Typically, a deposit of 25–35% is due at contract signing, with progress payments tied to milestones. Final payment is due upon completion of the punch list. Late payments may incur finance charges of 1.5% per month. We accept ACH, check, and major credit cards.
Any deviation from the signed scope must be documented in a written change order, priced, and signed by the client before additional work begins. Verbal requests for additional work will not be performed without a signed change order. Change orders that reduce scope will result in corresponding credits on the final invoice.
Residence Home Upgrade provides a 10-year workmanship warranty on installation labor, as detailed in the warranty document provided with each contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the client. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to info@residencehomeupgrade.info.
Residence Home Upgrade's liability is limited to the lesser of the contract value or the cost of remedying defective work. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or damage to personal property not directly caused by our negligence.
